The price of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 drops to $279.
The GeForce RTX 4060 “Ada” is facing increasing competition in the performance graphics card market at $299, as the Radeon RX 7600 XT is priced at $325 and the RX 7600 (non-XT) is $250. A merchant has lowered the price of an RTX 4060 graphics card bearing the Zotac name as a result of this. At $279 on Newegg, the Zotac RTX 4060 Twin Edge OC White is $20 less expensive than the NVIDIA MSRP. With its maximum settings, the RTX 4060 is primarily a 1080p-class GPU made for AAA gaming and ray tracing. DLSS 3 Frame Generation is the one advantage the RTX 4060 has over similarly priced GPUs from the previous generation. In our most current tests, the RX 7600 is only 2% slower than the RTX 4060 at 1080p raster workloads, but the RTX 4060 performs far better in ray tracing—by about 16%.
