As the RTX 4070 enters the market, AMD discounts its Radeon RX 6800 model to $469.99.

Prior to the release of the GeForce RTX 4070, AMD is reportedly offering discounts on its Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards, with the Radeon RX 6800 now going for as little as $469.99. AMD is also reportedly pulling the VRAM card against NVIDIA. Both the Radeon RX 6800 XT and the Radeon RX 6800 have had minor discounts from different AIB partners in the past, ranging from $30 to $50, and are now retailing at $110 below MSRP, making them reasonable buys for $539 and $469, respectively, as noted by Tom’s Hardware. The ASRock Radeon RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming and the Gigabyte Radeon RX 6800 Gaming OC WindForce 3X graphics cards, two rather nice custom variants, add to the intrigue.

Kyle Bennet discovered the AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, the RDNA 2 flagship, on sale for $609.99 yesterday; it was the ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX 6950XT. The Radeon RX 6950 XT, which is still a fantastic card, is still being offered at the lowest price over at Newegg.com. The deal is still active there. There are still many SKUs of the recently released NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 available for the MSRP of $599.99.
