Radeon RX 7900 Cards from Sapphire Make an Early Appearance on Amazon
Even though AMD’s Radeon RX 7900-series isn’t expected to go on sale for over two weeks, Sapphire’s reference design cards have already been seen on Amazon. The e-website tailer’s lists both of its cards, but unhappily without prices. We didn’t get any fresh specs, either, but at least we got some more thorough images of the two cards. The Radeon RX 7900 XT Gaming (21323-01-20G) and Radeon RX 7900 XTX Gaming are the cards’ sole names (21322-01-20G).
The Radeon RX 7900 XTX is a significantly larger card than the RX 7900 XT, as can be seen in the images. This confirms Sapphire as one of the partners selling reference cards, though it’s not clear if Sapphire will have customized cards available in time for the launch or if the business will add such to their lineup later. Note that the Radeon RX 7900 XTX’s model number indicates that it has 20 GB of VRAM, even if the packaging makes it apparent that it has 24 GB. Since one of the regional wholesalers is offering the cards, it appears that the cards will be in stock in Sweden as well, according to a search for the model numbers that Amazon gave.
