24 GB of GDDR7 memory is planned for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER.
As we previously discussed, NVIDIA is preparing a SUPER update for its GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs. The most recent leak of the GeForce RTX 5070 SUPER is anticipated to include 18 GB of RAM and a minor increase in the number of CUDA cores. But NVIDIA is also giving the RTX 5070 Ti the SUPER treatment, which allows it to have up to 24 GB of GDDR7 memory without affecting the number of CUDA cores. Kopite7kimi claims that the RTX 5070 Ti SUPER, which is built on the PG147-SKU55 PCB, will have the same 8,960 CUDA core configuration as the GB203-350-A1 SKU. This is the only difference between the 16 GB now found on the standard RTX 5070 Ti SKU and the VRAM surplus that comes from an extra 8 GB of GDDR7, which adds up to 24 GB of capacity.

This also modifies the card’s TBP; it is now rumored that the RTX 5070 Ti SUPER GPU will have a 350 W TBP, which is an improvement above the non-SUPER’s RTX 5070 Ti, which has a 300 W power rating. Perhaps the additional power is now being used for faster clock speeds as well as greater VRAM, which uses more power. NVIDIA may be choosing better die bins for the SUPER SKU to enable higher default clock rates with only a 50 W TBP increase, since it wouldn’t be enough to call it a SUPER version without some raw compute boost. However, given the influx of speculations on social media and the increasing frequency of leaks, we anticipate hearing more information in the upcoming weeks.
