Mexican Webstore Leaks AMD Radeon RX 9050 GPU Class Information
According to AMD’s official statement, the Radeon RX 9070 XT, RX 9070, and RX 9060 XT models make up its range of RDNA 4 generation graphics cards. A longer list of GPUs surfaced online last December; Radeon RX 9060, RX 9050, and RX 9040 IDs were exposed in this pre-Christmas 2024 leak. Similar to how Team Green is allegedly extending their “Blackwell” GPU generation into the “entry-mainstream” market with their RTX 5050 card design, Team Red appears to be focused on filling the lower end of its Radeon RX 9000 family.

A Mexican vendor of PC hardware unintentionally uploaded Radeon RX 9060 and 9050 categories—not product listings—to its online site late last week. Prominent graphics card watchdogs discovered that the store had inadvertently added search filters, which led to the quick removal of content that violated the NDA (by the time of writing). Word about potential upcoming releases of significantly less expensive RDNA 4 GPU versions has been disseminated by the resulting VideoCardz news coverage. By the second quarter of 2025, AMD and its board partners are probably hoping to release lower-mid-range Radeon RX 9060 XT cards. According to recent leaks, Radeon RX 9060 (non-XT) and RX 9050-class models with rumored “Navi 44” GPUs may be coming to stores closer to summer.
