Ryzen 5 7600F, priced at $180 and faster in gaming than Core i5-13400, is set to launch globally from AMD.

According to VideoCardz, the AMD website, which has designated the China-specific AMD Ryzen 5 7500F desktop processor’s regional availability as “global,” may see a larger international introduction. The retail PIB package of the processor costs USD $180. The 7500F is a 6-core/12-thread processor with the same “Raphael” Zen 4 MCM as the 7600X, although it is devoid of integrated graphics, has a lower 65 W TDP, and operates at somewhat slower clock speeds. This week, the CPU was made available only in China. The Ryzen 5 7500F is 13% quicker than the Core i5-13400 in terms of average FPS and around 8% faster in low FPS, according to Chinese and regional media with access to samples of the chip. However, more critically, the Ryzen 5 7500F is 6% faster than the Core i5-13400 in terms of gaming performance at 1080p.

This makes the Ryzen 5 7500F a quicker gaming processor than the Core i5-13400 ($200) and Core i5-13400F ($180), against which it was initially aimed. With 6 cores and 12 threads, 1 MB of L2 cache per core, and 32 MB of shared L3 cache, the Ryzen 5 7500F is configured. The CPU has a base frequency of 3.70 GHz and a boost frequency of 5.00 GHz, which is just 100 MHz slower than the Ryzen 5 7600 (65 W) and 300 MHz slower than the 7600X (105 W) processors. PC gamers, who make up the majority of the processor’s target market, shouldn’t be put off by the “F” in the brand extension, which denotes a lack of integrated graphics. With the retail 7500F, AMD is included a Wraith Stealth stock cooler, which when combined with motherboards with the A620 chipset, which start at $125, could result in a strong platform for mainstream gaming PCs with lots of upgrade potential.
