The most recent version of NVIDIA’s GeForce Game Ready drivers was released today. The remastered version of the iconic classic Portal with RTX, which we played, is available with optimization in version 527.56 WHQL. In addition, the updated drivers include optimization for Jurassic World Evolution 2 and The Witcher 3 Wildhunt Enhanced Edition, both of which will be released later this month. This update addresses a number of issues, including flickering seen in Watch Dogs 2 when looking at the sky on RTX 4090-powered systems, games with DLSS 3 crashing when ending a recording using Shadowplay or OBS with NVENC, display corruption seen in Minecraft Java Edition, hotplugging between HDMI and DP not working properly on RTX 4090, and a few problems with Adobe Premiere when working with H.265 and HEVC content.
