In Geekbench, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 is visible.

It is hardly surprising that the GeForce RTX 4070 has leaked in one of the benchmark databases as the launch date approaches. The one from Geekbench verifies 12 GB of 21 Gbps GDDR6X RAM and the previously reported 5888 CUDA cores.

As the tests were conducted using an older version of Geekbench 5, the Geekbench entry most likely originates from one of the reviewers, although it does validate some of the earlier rumors. When performance is really compared, it comes out to be between 25 and 30 percent quicker than the GeForce RTX 3070 and between 19 and 24 percent slower than the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

According to the entry, the RTX 4070 will have 12 GB of 21 Gbps GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit memory interface, giving it 504 GB/s of memory bandwidth, just like the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. It will also use a scaled-down version of the AD104 GPU with 5888 CUDA cores.

The GeForce RTX 4070 should still be on sale on April 13 and receive reviews on April 12. The $599 reported cost is still in place.
